Asghar Rastegar

Asghar Rastegar’s primary interest is in the broad area of health care workforce development in developing world, with special emphasis on internal medicine and nephrology. For the past three decades he has been involved internationally in developing educational programs for training of physicians in the developing world. He has worked extensively in Iran, Russia and most recently sub-Saharan Africa.
